Laurette owned and operated her her award winning bakery and bistro in Port Townsend for 16 years. She has been featured in Sunset Magazine several times and offers an innovative culinary style characterized by fresh, local ingredients. Her experience and knowledge of the area allows her to procure the best and most healthful ingredients to highlight this bountiful region and the gifts of the season.
