Reservations must be secured by a valid major credit card with a deposit in the amount of the first night's room rate (including tax) for two nights or less. A deposit of 50% of the total reservation (including tax) is required for three nights or more. All remaining balances are due in full at check-in.
Cancellations received 14 days prior to the arrival date - a cancellation charge of $25 will apply.
Cancellations, or changes to the reservation, received within 14 days of the arrival date - a charge equivalent to the initial reservation deposit will apply.
Cancellations received on the same day of arrival and/or no shows - a charge equivalent to the entire reservation will apply.
All cancellations are subject to a $25 non-refundable processing fee.
Check-in time is from 4:00pm - 6:00pm daily.
Please contact the Innkeepers prior to your arrival should you need to check-in at an alternative time. Proper identification (Drivers License or Passport) is required at check-in.
Check out time is at 11:00am on the day of your departure.

Guests will be held responsible for property damages and special cleaning charges resulting from negligence, carelessness or misuse of Colette's property. The credit card on file will be charged accordingly.

We will not sell, rent or loan the identities or any other personal and identifiable information of visitors to Colette's Bed & Breakfast.
